To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Items that are non-returnable include:
Used or damaged products
Items on sale or clearance
Personal care and hygiene items (unless faulty)

Photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
Once we review your request, we will guide you through the return process.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returned items must be safely packed to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your own protection.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at pakzora0@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).
If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at pakzora0@gmail.com.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
