All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We currently offer nationwide shipping in Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are:
Major Cities: 2–4 business days
Remote or Rural Areas: 4–6 business days
Note: Delivery may be delayed during high-demand seasons, sales, or due to external factors like weather or courier issues.
Standard Shipping: Rs. 200 flat rate
Free Shipping: On orders over Rs. 3,000
Shipping charges (if any) are clearly mentioned at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available at your address to receive and pay for the package.
Once your order is shipped, we will email or SMS your tracking number. You can track your package through the courier’s website or contact us if you need assistance.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pakzora0@gmail.com.
Include your order number and photos (in case of damaged packages).
We will investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate when placing the order. Pak Zora is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.
